North Beach Hall Table

The North Beach Hall Table is a hardwood and stone table, based on a collaborative use of materials: the cantilevered geometry of the wood table is literally balanced by the weight of the natural beach stone. This design also plays with the inherent qualities of its materials – the wood appearing sharp and hard, while the organic shape of the stone seeming soft by comparison.

Each North Beach Hall Table is a custom made design, unique in proportion and wood choice and, of course, the stone. You can select from a beautiful variety of stones, supply one that is special to you, or have me embark on a search. The farther I walk, the more beautiful the rocks seem. This 50 pound specimen is a “half mile rock.” This table design could also be proportioned for use as a dining table.
